Prices, Availability, Booking and Payment

 (* Short breaks, ie mid week or long weekend breaks, are for 3 nights each. In our 2 and 4 berth vans these are only available 3 weeks before the start date in July and August, our peak season. Our split-screen vans often have mid- week break availability. These breaks can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance in July and August, with weekends up to 3 weeks in advance, as per the other vans. Please contact us for availability. We always try to be flexible, so if you want a different number of days, please ask us.)

Since availability changes all the time, please simply email or call us, Simon or Sarah on 01398  331255 or mobile 07714214909, with your requested dates, to get the latest availability. Once we confirm availability to you we will then require a non-refundable deposit of £100 from you, per week of hire.  The full amount is then required 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Please make all cheques payable to  Devon Cool Campers, and send it to us at: The Gatehouse, Castle Street, Bampton, Devon, EX16 9NS. For payment by bank transfer please email us for details.

Please include a photocopy of both parts of your driving licence with the booking form.
Please note that we also require a recent utility bill as proof of your address when you collect the vehicle from us.  A £500 Security deposit will be required also. We will return this to you within a week, if the van is returned clean, undamaged, fully equipped and  with a full tank of petrol. Any costs incurred, should any condition be unfulfilled will be deducted from the deposit.
